A sense of spring

Participate in an artistic flower design workshop surrounded by live flowers in the picking garden.

We are super excited and a little bit proud to announce that ‘Hei Sister’ and Fest are joining their floral forces for a unique half day of botanical mindfulness.

Prioritise your wellbeing and spend the day in a small group learning about flowers and gardening, all in the relaxing backdrop of a local sustainable flower garden. Leave with a sense of peace and a beautiful bouquet in your newly discovered signature style, expertly curated from seasonal sustainable blooms.

@hei.sister

In this workshop, you will spend half a day with local floral designer, ‘Hei Sister’ learning all about sustainable floristry. She will teach you:

-   Different techniques for sustainable spring flower arrangement
-   How to use colour, form and embrace imperfections as part of your arrangements
-   How to use an organic approach to designing
-   Help develop your own style
-   Showcase her own signature style and how to replicate those arrangements

All materials will be provided for the workshop

All set in the natural backdrop of Fest, at Kris’s home, where all flowers are grown sustainably. Kris will:
-   Expertly guide you through the garden and give you tips on how you can achieve the same look in your own home.
-   Talk you through her flower philosophy and introduce you to the seasonal flowers
-   Teach you how to cut flowers and foliage for flower arranging
-   Give you an opportunity to wander round the garden, wild mini forest, willow arches and green house where grapes are grown
-   Offer you tea, coffee, homemade lemonade, and sweet treats and nibbles

 And you will have time to cut your own seasonal blooms from the garden, such as tulips and narcissus and lots of branches of trees.
